How do I create a Miles account?

Enter your phone number, verify the one-time code, then add a display name. A profile photo is optional.

Can I try Miles before subscribing?

Yes. Your first real trip includes the complete product and does not require a card. Membership is needed when you create trip two.

Trips and membership

Can I share a trip with another traveler?

Miles can export a trip and import it into another Miles account, carrying the trip structure and supported details with it.

How do I restore or manage membership?

Open Profile in Miles to restore purchases or open your store subscription settings. Billing and cancellation are managed by Apple or Google.

AI and trip data

Where do contextual tips appear?

Tips are available where the context is strongest: planning, preparation, flight and stay decisions, expenses, and the live day itinerary.

What goes into a Trip Story?

Miles uses the generated recap, captured moments, notes, reactions, route and day context, and selected trip photos to build the story.

Should I verify AI recommendations?

Yes. Confirm time-sensitive details such as prices, hours, availability, entry requirements, and reservations with the relevant provider before acting.
