Miles provides travel planning, organization, assistance, and recap tools. Its suggestions are informational and assistive, not guaranteed instructions or professional advice.

Travel times, pricing, availability, reservations, opening hours, safety conditions, and other time-sensitive details can change without notice and should be independently verified before you act on them.

You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure.

You agree to provide accurate information where needed and to use the app only in compliance with law and these Terms of Use.

Miles may offer trip creation, trip context storage, checklists, bookings support, notifications, assistance, memories, and recap features. Features may change, evolve, or be removed over time.

We may suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.

Paid memberships purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store settings at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings after purchase.

Deleting your Miles account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Subscription cancellation must be handled through the store where the subscription was purchased.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use Miles in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your login access secure.

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant Miles the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, and display that content inside the service.

Miles may link to external booking providers, maps, search results, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Miles is not responsible for third-party offers, content accuracy, availability, or transaction outcomes.

The app is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that every recommendation will be suitable for every traveler.

To the extent permitted by law, Miles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Miles.

Users should independently confirm travel documents, reservations, pricing, opening hours, and safety information.

You may stop using Miles at any time, and you may delete your account from within the app.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means the revised terms apply.
